The National Housing Protection Agency was developed to ensure that every homeowner regardless of race,age,sex or creed is given the opportunity for affordable housing. Our agents are trained in every area of mortgage banking ensuring that every homeowner is given the opportunity of affordable housing. Keeping in accordance with the FTC we emphasize we are not a government agency, nor affilated with any government agency. We also emphasize our consultations are always free their is absolutely no obligation to utilize our services.
What We Do
Simply put we make homeownership more affordable.The recent development in the housing market has required us to hire and train more Housing Agents to ensure mortgage servicers are treating every homeowner fairly when given workout solutions to prevent them from losing their homes. NHPA strives to provide positive results to homeowners that were given subprime loans or going through difficult times based on the current economy. Furthermore, we ensure that the different government bail out plans available are being used to the highest extent to help homeowners acheive affordable mortgage payments.
